Paulo Pontes has almost 20 years’ experience working in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition, including general management of a large recruitment company (350+ recruiters and more than 12 offices).
He was responsible for a successful startup in Brazil for the global player Page Group, where he hired and trained more than 1000 professionals through an engaging culture of meritocracy and organic growth.
For 12 years, Paulo acted as a board member for the company in Latin America and the United States.
As a Business leader, he was repeatedly recognized for a tremendous ability to partner with HR leaders, always supporting and improving his client’s internal recruitment capabilities and strategies.
His previous experience as Managing Director facilitated the development of high-performing employees by building healthy cultures and strong leadership teams in fast-paced and goals-driven environments

Bruno Stefani has over 15 years’ experience working both in the energy and recruitment industries, in Latin and North American markets.
He has directed top performance teams and been involved in executive search assignments across industries, such as Oil & Gas, Energy & Power, Chemical & Petrochemical, Industrial Manufacturing and Consumer Goods assisting companies in their efforts to attract top talent in the marketplace.
With a large global recruitment player, Bruno was responsible for establishing 4 different offices from startup to mature operations with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering & Manufacturing, Procurement & Supply Chain, Property & Construction, Oil & Gas and Human Resources.
Dealing with individuals and companies in different stages, countries and cultures, Bruno has an extensive track record of working in partnership with Talent Acquisition teams to develop an effective, customized recruitment strategy to identify complex technical profiles for very specific industries and markets.
