Victoria Goulet

Managing Director

Victoria is responsible for growing and developing our HR Practice and providing insights on HR trends to our Global network. While also managing and growing the Practice she focuses on recruiting the best in HR talent across various Executive HR functions and industries. She brings with her years of diverse experience leveraging her organizational and relationship building skills to help recruit premier HR leaders. Prior to joining Paul Bridges Group, Victoria spent 7+ years with Robert Half based in New Jersey specializing in Human Resources, Administrative, Sales/Business Development, Customer Experience, Training & Development, and various other specialties. Victoria has been one of the leading recruiters in the country for her division. She has achieved numerous accolades during her tenure with Robert Half and is a President Club Performer for 2018. A member of SHRM, Victoria is based on the East Coast and is on our Board of Directors.


Stella Papadopoulos

Business Development Director

Stella  has over 12 years' experience supporting the staffing and recruitment industry. She is a true “Brand Ambassador,” having been recognized as a “Top Producer” in Business Development since 2012. She has experience serving all corporate functions including, Human Resources, Office Support, Finance, Marketing, Creative and Information Technology services.
Consistency is key in this business and Stella has proven that by delivering 70% YOY growth in a forever changing industry. Serving as a key member to the senior leadership team, it is no surprise that Stella has been consecutively promoted throughout her career. Most recently, she served as the Director of Client Development for a boutique-staffing agency in lower Fairfield County CT. Stella brings a consultative and methodical approach to client engagement and thrives in cultivating relationships with C-Suite and Human Resources leaders. The most rewarding aspect of her career has been the personal and long-standing relationships she has built with her clients who she now calls friends.

Nicole Hagan

Senior Principal

Nicole is an experienced HR professional who not only brings over 8 years of recruiting experience, but also has worked in high level HR roles herself, both as a HR Manager and HR Business Partner supporting C-level executives. Nicole knows the ins and outs of the HR field and understands the crucial role of human resources in an organization. Nicole has worked on both the agency side during her time at Robert Half and on the corporate side. She knows firsthand how much time and resources go into onboarding a new hire and knows the importance of getting the right fit the first time. Nicole is a great person to partner with to identify who to hire to perfectly round out your team.


Lisa Spagnuolo

Senior Principal

Lisa Spagnuolo is an Executive Recruiter with 15 years of experience across function and industry, placing candidates within Global Fortune 500 companies and hypergrowth organizations.

Lisa started her recruiting career at Robert Half specializing in direct hire placement for Finance and Accounting.  Her most recent role at Adison Partners focused on Retained Executive Search.  Lisa has placed Senior HR professionals in Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, as HR Business Partners and in Learning and Development as well as HR Vice Presidents in global organizations and smaller growing companies.  Lisa understands how integral the Human Resources leadership is to a business and can identify the level of talent necessary to lead with specific attention to culture and company philosophy.

Lisa is a firm believer that asking the right questions leads to better results the first time and can save management time in finding the right candidate. The ability to communicate simply and understand company values makes the hunt to find target candidates focused and efficient. Lisa’s focus on satisfaction for clients in a successful search has been what has made her a valued partner to hiring managers across industries.  In addition, candidates find her attention to their concerns throughout the recruiting process makes for an excellent candidate experience.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys attending sporting events with her sport-loving kids, reading fiction and non-fiction, and playing with her dog, Maggie.

Christina Slocum

HR Consulting Practice Director

As Practice Director of Paul Bridges Consulting, Tina provides the highest quality of service and expertise to both client companies and consultants.

Responsible for the oversight of full cycle recruitment and business development providing interim and project staffing solutions to Human Resource teams of all sizes. 

Tina Slocum has spent the last eight years working in the staffing industry where she has been able to build strong candidate and client relationships in Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts and Rhode Island.

After spending almost 7 years in the insurance industry, she shifted her professional focus to human resources, recruiting and business development. Tina’s first exposure in this field came as a recruiting manager at a small boutique legal recruiting firm in New Haven. Later, she assumed leadership positions at Kforce and Roth Staffing where she not only helped grow her team’s revenue YOY but also gained top notch training and the opportunity to work with multi-talented teams, divisions and leaders. Here, she acquired additional experience in business development, recruiting for both direct hire and contract, training and development staffing for within Finance and Accounting, Administrative, Legal, HR and Customer Service roles.

Tina Slocum takes a targeted and thorough approach to understand the needs of her clients and candidates by asking the right questions and establishing their trust to deliver the best possible outcome to both parties.
